For your convenience, Southwest Suburban Sewer District is
now offering more ways to pay your bill!
On-Line Bill Pay:
All Credit Cards will be processed through a third party vendor for your privacy and
protection. We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as Discovery, American Express and
e-Checks. You can view account information and billing history or make a payment 24 hrs a
day. There is no fee for this service. You can also setup recurring payments so that your
utility bill is paid automatically on the due date using your credit card. Click On-line
Bill Pay now to get started. You will need to know your Account Number to setup an
online account.
Automatic Payment:
In addition to being able to make a recurring payment using your credit card, you still
have the option to sign up for an automatic electronic payment using your checking account
by picking up the application at the District office or by downloading it from the website
by clicking
here. The payment will then be automatically withdrawn from the specified bank
account each billing period. There is no fee for this option.
Walk-in Customers:
As of September 1st we will no longer be able to take credit cards in person as all credit
card processing will be done through the third party. You are still welcome to come in and
pay with a check or cash.
Over the Phone:
To make a credit card or e-check payment over the phone call (206) 244-9575 and select
Option 1 from our Auto-Attendant Answering System. You will need
to know your Account Number and Billing address to use the system. You can make a Payment
and check account balance 24 hrs a day at no cost. |
