William Tracy
William A. Tracy has been involved in local, regional and national politics since 1964.
 
Married since 1970, he has two children.
 
He served as a teacher in the Highline School District for 31 years between 1967 thru 1998.
 
Listed below is a chronological history of his achievements and positions:
1967 - 1969: National Committeemen for the Young Democrats from Washington.
1968: Alternate delegate to the Democratic National Convention.
1972 - present: Democratic Precinct Committeeman.
1985 - 1989: Appointed to the Metro Council where he served on the Finance, Transit and Water Quality Committees.
1985 - present: Local Boy Scout Leader.
1991 - present: Elected Commissioner at Southwest Suburban Sewer District.
1994 - present: Elected to the King County Regional Water Quality Committee.
1995: Served on the MuPack Organizing Committee.
1997 - 1998: President of the the Highline Kiwanis.
1998 - 2000: Lieutenant Governor of the Kiwanis.
