Side Sewer Contractors: View
List We maintain a list of side sewer contractors that you can hire, at your
expense, to connect your house or building to the sanitary sewer stub or to make repairs
as needed. Costs for this connection or repair can vary a great deal depending on the site
conditions. Connection to the sewer stub is the homeowner’s responsibility.
Small Works Contractors: View
List The small works roster is a list of contractors who the District hires
through advertising to perform routine maintenance or small public works projects.
Special Services and Structural Contractors: View
List These special services and structural contractors perform the
following services; asphalt, tree removal, structural, hazardous abatement, sweeper,
surveying and rockeries. The service(s) provided by each contractor appears next to their
name on this list.
Lists Updated Bi-Annually: District policy calls for registration of a contractors
on a bi-annual basis. The first registration forms are mailed out in mid-November. They
are sent to all contractors presently registered, as well as those who performed work
during the past year. The forms must be filled out entirely and returned to the sewer
district by the last working day in December to assure their inclusion on either or both
lists. The lists are then fabricated from the submitted information, and the new lists are
printed by the first working day of February. The second registration is out in July, with
the list updated and posted by August 1st. Contact the SWSSD
