Salmon Creek: The first of two plants operated by Southwest Suburban Sewer District. Over the years it's been upgraded to provide for chlorine contact chambers, secondary treatment and odor scrubbing, More info.

iller Creek: The newest plant, with all of the same capabilities as Salmon Creek. In addition it's home to our Hatchery and Compost Facility. More info.
 
Compost Facility: The compost process at the Miller Creek plant produces a Class A product similar to that marketed at your local garden supply store as top soil. More info.
 
Hatchery: Miller Creek is the only public sewage plant in the state to have constructed a salmon hatchery on site. More info.
